Insomnia

Sorry I haven't posted for a few days. I've this ear ringing sound that keeps me from sleeping well lately. The doctor said there may be no cure and I'm trying a Chinese herbalist. Any suggestion for a good night sleep?

  1. Hey Enid

I have horrible, and I mean horrible, insomnia. For at least half of this year I was lucky to get 3-4 hours of broken sleep per night.

I've tried everything. The only thing, that I found by chance about 2 weeks ago, that helps me is a herbal blend called: Somnapure. It's a bit pricey $40 for a month and contains, valerian, lemon balm extract, L-Theanine, Hops extract, Chamomile Flower extract, Passion Flower extract and Melatonin.

I've actually managed about 6-8 hours sleep every night since I started taking these. Not sure how long my system will let it work (it seems to work up immunities quite fast) but I'm riding it as long as I can lol.

    Hope this helps. Insomnia sucks.

  2. Thanks KT. I will check it out. Last night I managed 8 hours uninterrupted sleep.Yay! I think it's the jump rope exercise I did at around 6 pm, before I had dinner. I will try it again this evening. Happy sleeping!

  3. I had stopped up ears a couple of weeks ago that sounded like the interstate was right outside my window. I could barely sleep at all.

    I hope you feel better!
