Miscommunication

I work with a graphic designer on day to day basis and we seem to have miscommunication every day!

For example, we were talking about the new office, about painting. But her painting meant to paint the walls with paints but my painting referred to hanging a painting on the wall.

Another example, I asked her to reduce an A4 artwork to A5 which is half the size of A4. In my mind, half of A4 is always horizontal in shape (landscape). But to her, half of A4 is still verticle (portrait).

Words, oh my words!
