Lovely Mrs. Bennet?
I just came across this clip. It was Mrs. Bennet (Alison Steadman) reading Friendship by Elizabeth Jennings. She sounded very lovely, not annoying at all as her portray of Mrs. Bennet in the TV series.

she sounds much better when she is not screeching like she did in Pride and Prejudice. Why didn't she talk like that when filming Pride and Prejudice the question must be asked. Mrs Bennet was not supposed to be that silly.
